Which iPhones does it work on?

Any iPhone on iOS 18 or later. On iOS 27 the photo fills the whole card. On earlier versions Wallet shows it as a wide band across the top of the card, because that is the largest photo those versions allow.

Where is my photo after I add it?

In the Wallet app, with your cards and tickets. Double-click the side button and it is in the stack below your payment card. Several wallet photos share one slot; tap the stack to fan them out.

How do I change a photo or caption?

Open the picture in Wallet Photo, make the change, and tap Add to Apple Wallet again. Wallet replaces the old pass with the new one.

How do I remove a photo from Wallet?

In Wallet, open the pass, tap the ••• button, then Pass Details, then Remove Pass. Deleting a picture inside Wallet Photo does not remove the pass from Wallet; that part is yours to do.

The nudge did not appear on my lock screen

Wallet decides when to show a pass. For places it needs Location Services on for Wallet, and you need to be close by. In Wallet, open the pass, tap •••, then Pass Details, and check that Suggest on Lock Screen is on.

"Couldn't make the pass"

The app needs an internet connection for the moment it takes to sign the pass. Check your connection and try again. If it keeps happening, write to us.

What happens to my photos?

They stay on your phone. The one you put on a pass is sent to our signing server for the few seconds it takes to make the pass, and is never stored. The full version is on the privacy page.
